The only changes for 2010 are (simplified):
- 4.2.1 and B3 ... Add a new mini target
(The two sizes must not be included together in the same stage.)
- D2 ... Continue .357 Sig for Major in SD until 12/31/11
- D4 ... 15 round limit in Mags after Start Signal for PD

COF ALLOWS GUN WITH CHAMBER LOADED:
1. The competitor has a loaded chamber and he fires the first shot DA. No problem.
2. The competitor has a loaded chamber and he attempts to the first shot DA, but the gun goes "click", so he racks the slide and fires single-action. No problem.
3. The competitor has a loaded chamber but he cocks the hammer before attempting the first DA shot. 1 Procedural.
4. The competitor (intentionally or otherwise) fails to load his chamber, but he attempts to fire his gun DA, it goes "click", then he racks his slide and fires SA, no problem.
5. The competitor (intentionally or otherwise) fails to load his chamber, so he racks the slide and fires SA without attempting to fire his first shot DA, 1 Procedural.
